# Campaing builder disappeared

Hi,  
  
I’ve just installed Mautic which seems great, but I can’t have access to campaign builder enabling to drag and drop when I start setting up a new campaing. So first I have to choose a segment or a form, I can’t start choosing an action or a decision.

Do I have to change some settings to make it visible ?

what is the version?  
how you install mautic?

what you want to do with mautic?  
have you seen error logs?

Hi @bizcrony - I’ve installed the last version of Mautic on 1&1’s shared hosting. I’ve read the set up guide to check on how to install Mautic. There is any error log either.  
What I want to do with Mautic ? Well, I want to test Mautic to set up automated campaigns ! 😉
