**Your software**
My Mautic version is: 4.1.2
My PHP version is: 7.4.27
My Database type and version is: 5.7.37-0ubuntu0.18.04.1 / mysql

**Your problem**
My problem is:

I have emails in my inbox being marked read. I have used integration tools/IMAP connections that scan folders but have since disabled **all** of them. The problem persisted (imagine an email is marked read before you even get the notification…can be quite frustrating.)

My mail service provider confirmed that it’s happening from one of my two web servers, where I have an instance of Mautic running on each.

**Is it possible that Mautic is somehow reading my email and marking them read?**

Thanks,
EP
