My Mautic version is: v4.2.2 My question is: Hi, is there a way to make Mautic remember how long ago a specific contact received a specific e-mail? Do you have to create a custom field in the contact for that (and have the campaign fill that field) or is there another way? ---

On each contact you have log of events (tab history) where you see what emails you have sent. ---

The only way is to view log of each contact. Or, you could do a segment of a certain amount of dates and create a custom field.
