Hi “Wootme” I am sending this PM to you related to a post of yours in the forum ([this one](https://www.mautic.org/community/index.php/566-email-template-not-working-no-email-after-clicking-save-or-appl/p1#p9872)) The idea is that i have the same problem - I also create a video explaining the problem … ![:D]( ":D") and I can’t understand the solution you post to this issue. Can you please give me more “step by step” info on how can I solve this? ![:D]( ":D") Thanks so much. Best! Bogdan ---
