Hi everyone,

I have uploaded the lastest version of mautic to a subdomain but I cannot access subdomain except when I delete the index.php file.

When trying to access to install mautic (when index.php file is present), I am send back to the main domain.

Can anyone help?

Thanks,

Erwin

Hello @erwindegrave, one of the developers has a post he wrote that has helped a lot of users in your situation. Maybe reviewing [this post](https://johnlinhart.com/blog/uh-oh-mautic-upgrade-was-not-successful) could provide some assistance? If not, maybe providing some more detail (hosting service, how you tried to run the update, any errors in the logs, etc.) may help the community offer more guidance. Thanks and good luck!
