# Cannot Browse/Load Remote S3 Assets (Mautic 6.0.4) - Clicking Amazon S3 does nothing

**Your problem**  
Hello Community,

I’m experiencing an issue with the “Browse Remote Files” feature for S3 in Mautic 6.0.4 and I can’t seem to find a solution.  
Configuration:

1. I have successfully configured the **Plugin** to use Amazon S3. _New_ asset uploads are working correctly and are being saved to my bucket.

### The Problem:

When I try to add an existing asset from S3, I follow these steps:

1. Go to **Components \> Assets \> New**.

2. Click the dropdown arrow next to “Upload File” and select **“Browse Remote Files”**.

3. The modal window opens correctly. In the left-hand pane, I see the **“Amazon S3”** option.

4. **The issue:** When I click on “Amazon S3”, absolutely nothing happens. The right-hand pane does not update, it doesn’t show any folders or files, and it just stays on the default message (“Select the service on the left…”).

Troubleshooting Steps I’ve Already Taken:

- Cleared the Mautic cache multiple times (`php bin/console cache:clear`).

Any guidance on what logs to check or which configuration to verify would be greatly appreciated.
