# Cannot Loginfrom installation

**Your software** Mautic 3.3.2  
_My PHP version is_ :7.3.27  
_My MySQL/MariaDB version is_ (delete as applicable): MySQL/MariaDB version

**Updating/Installing Errors**  
_I am_ (delete as applicable): Installing  
_installing via_ (delete as applicable) : Web

_These errors are showing in the installer_ :Invalid login. Please verify credentials.

_These errors are showing in the Mautic log_ :

_These errors are showing in the upgrade\_log.txt file (located in the root of your Mautic instance when an upgrade has been attempted - ensure you remove or redact any sensitive data such as domain names in the file path)_ :

**Your problem**  
_My problem is_ :\*\*\*.168.64.1 “POST /s/login\_check HTTP/1.1” 302 278 but it should be directing it to \*\*\*.168.64.3 How do I change this?

_Steps I have tried to fix the problem_ : Deleted and re-installed, same problem. Checked the log and noticed that it was trying to check the login details at the wrong IP address, and as the system created the IP address I am not sure how to change where Mautic is being “sent”.
