# cannot see preview email in Action tab in Forms component

Mautic seem could not preview email in pop up when I click Preview Email button in Edit Email page in Forms section. Basically after I added “sending email” action to Actions tab for the form (which will send email upon successful data submission of the form), I clicked “Preview EMail”. However the pop up dialog modal box for preview email showed nothing but error message that site is offline.
Looking at error log I found there is line that could be related to email handling :
[2016-12-02 15:17:44] mautic.ERROR: Error: Call to a member function getCreatedBy() on null - in file public\_html/mautic/app/bundles/EmailBundle/Controller/PublicController.php - at line 341 [] []
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
