# Cannot View Contact Details

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 2.15.3  
My PHP version is: 7.2

**Your problem**  
My problem is:  
When I go to “Contacts” and click on any contact, the page indicates that it is loading with the blue lines at the top, but does not open. I just stay on the same page. If I open the contact details in a new tab (i.e.[http://millwrightsites.com/wordpress/mautic/index.php/s/contacts/view/267](http://millwrightsites.com/wordpress/mautic/index.php/s/contacts/view/267)), I get “500 Internal Server Error.”

These errors are showing in the log:
