Hello, I cannot access the configurations page. When I try to click the Configurations button on the right side of the nav bar, it continuously loads and then stops. Here’s a preview of what happens: [http://uploads.technograffy.com/sl61](http://uploads.technograffy.com/sl61) But other than that, I can access any page within my Mautic platform easily. There are no logs found in Mautic and I checked my folders in the file explorer and there are no logs found as well. Has anyone experienced the same thing? I’d appreciate any help to remedy this situation. Thank you. David ---

I had the same problem. I fixed it by reinstalling Mautic. Don’t know if there’s a more simple fix. ---

@david what you did changes in your configuration page last. It seems your local.php file couurpted ---

I’ve got this issue. Changed some IMAP settings, Mautic hung (stopped responding) - when I logged back in configuration would no longer load. Working fine up until that point. Appreciate any thoughts, or recovery technique without losing data. ---

UPDATE: Seem to have fixed it. Edited local.php to remove the stuff relating to the IMAP account I’d set up. Don’t know much about linux so no idea if this is sufficient, but config page is back.
