# Can't authenticate Zoho CRM account

I am very new to Mautic and had a problem with plugins.  
  
  
  
When I try to get connect with Zoho Account, I got 500 error message.  
  
This is how I did :  
  
1- Click Zoho CRM plugin.  
  
2- Fill my Zoho CRM account.  
  
3- Poped Window says, “Successfully connected” and Close Window.  
  
4- “loading…” is displayed forever.  
  
  
  
I tried Free Account and Download Version ( on my AWS instance ).  
  
  
  
Is anyone know how to integrate Zoho CRM correctly?  
  
( Mautic version is 1.2.4. )

I followed your instruction and after clicked “Authorize App” got this message and this log.
