# can't create Emails

Hello everyone I have just created a hosted mautic instance in doteasy hosting service for my new buisness  
  
however I have an issue :whenever Itry to create an email it hangs when I click save and close  
  
thank you for your help  
  
this is the error  
  
mautic.ERROR: Fatal: Module ‘intl’ already loaded - in file Unknown

but I don’t see how is the intl module responsible about me not able to make emaile messge templates  
i shared it only because it’s the only error in my logs
