# Can't send email "Expected response code 354 but got code "554", with message "554 5.5.1 Error: no valid recipients "

Hi. Did you solve this issue? I have the same problem, and the solution from [this post](https://forum.mautic.org/t/how-to-solve-mautic-error-mail-error-expected-response-code-354-but-got-code-554-with-message-554-5-5-1-error-no-valid-recipients/15111) with the same problem didn´t worked for me. After DNS propagation the problem persist.

Any body can help. I had tried to find this on the forum with out success.
