# Change Session time out?

My Mautic version is: 3.2.2  
My PHP version is: 7.3  
My Database type and version is:

**Your problem**  
My problem is:  
For the life of me I cannnot figure out how to change the session time out within Mautic. Seems to auto logout ever 10-15 minutes by default. Would like it to be a few hours. Any help would be great appreciated.

Anyone have any help with increasing the default auto-logout time. I’m having to log back in approx. every 10-15 mins?

I want to extend the auto logout duration as well. Anyone know how to do that?

Same here on v3.3.1. I can’t find anything in the docs, or in the configuration menu, or System Info, or /app/config/local.php

“session.cookie\_lifetime” is set to 0, which should make the session last for the entire browser session.
