# Changing "E-mail address to send mail from" field has no effect

Hi all,

I tried changing the values in the “E-mail address to send mail from” and the “Name to send mail as” fields on the “Email Settings” page but nothing happened. The pior email and name are still used.  
How to fix this issue?  
I’m using Mautic-3.3.3
