# Problem

I’m trying to create a new focus item.

However, Mautic is not able to take the screenshot of the target website.

It doesn’t show any error nor logs anything in the logs (Settings \> System Info \> logs, but also nothing in `error.log`).

Any ideas about which could be the problem?

Hi there,

This is because the screenshot API service used to run on [mautic.com](http://mautic.com) and was deprecated, so far as I understand it. There is a Github issue here:
