CTR is the number of clicks that your call-to-action receives divided by the number of times your email is opened.
clicks divided by impressions = CTR.
For example, if you had 5 clicks on the CTA (call to action) and 1000 impressions (number of times the email was opened across your email list, then your CTR would be 0.5%.
Please note, if you send an email to 1000 people and 200 people open to read it. Your impressions are 200. If out of those 200 people, 70 more open the email again, to re-read it, the impressions will increase to 270.
