# Collection elements

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is:2.15.0  
My PHP version is: 5.6.40

**Your problem**  
My problem is:  
collection elements

When creating a pickup item  
I place my site or another one, and it does not make me a capture of the image does not produce any error.Only nothing appears

and when creating it creates in the script that points to the focus folder that does not exist and logically the js file does not

This happened to me after restoring a copy since the version 2.15.3 update did not finish correctly. Delete the mautic database and folder and restore the copy that was working correctly before installing

These errors are showing in the log:non errors

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:
