# Column # contacts showing no contacts

My Mautic version is: v5.0.4  
My PHP version is: 8.3.6  
My Database type and version is: 10.11.6

My problem is: my segments are not showing contact count. There are contacts on segments, but the count column is not showing this information.

Steps I have tried to fix the problem:

- bin/console mautic:segments:update
- bin/console mautic:clear:cache
- restart of php and retry above commands
- recreate the segments and run bin/console mautic:segments:update
