# Completed Installation with Errors

Hi this is the error I am receiving after completing the install from the browser:  
  
  
  
The site is currently offline due to encountering an error. If the problem persists, please contact the system administrator.  
  
System administrators, check server logs for errors.  
  
  
  
I am able to login but the error remains at the bottom of the page: [https://www.9dotstrategies.com/mautic/s/login](https://www.9dotstrategies.com/mautic/s/login)  
  
  
  
Any help or direction would be appreciated.

this was resolved… the error logs show:

[30-Nov-2015 21:30:59 UTC] PHP Warning: Module ‘memcache’ already loaded in Unknown on line 0

So I viewed the php.ini file to verify the configuration and found that memcache was entered twice… This caused the error. So i deleted the duplicate line and now I’m up and running
