# complex csv file - how to import

hi,
I have csv file with highly complex data - see example of 3 rows - [https://www.screencast.com/t/DmmNjh4fXV7](https://www.screencast.com/t/DmmNjh4fXV7) .
I want to import these contacts to Mautic (server installation).
What should I put here? - [https://www.screencast.com/t/dIyQQPX2mn](https://www.screencast.com/t/dIyQQPX2mn) - in order to extract just emails and names and import 10,000 contacts that we gathered, in this csv file?
I tried different combo’s and after clicking Upload I see: “500 Internal Server Error”
in hostwinds - our server suplier - they say all is ok from their side.
Please help.
