# Confusion with interface blacklisted vs. not blacklisted with "Toggle Details"

My Mautic version is:v3.0.1  
My PHP version is: 7.2.32

**Your problem**  
My problem is: See attached screenshots.  
bla.png shows a blacklisted email account.

Simply going into the details for that account and looking at the history tab therein is a box that you can click on to “Toggle Details”.

Clicking on that shows attached image bla2.png, which clearly now states the action of “toggling details” has now made the contact “contactable”.

However, that’s not true, the contact is still blacklisted.

So what is all the fuss about?

What actually is going on here?

What’s the purpose of “Toggle Details” and how does someone indeed, toggle a blocked user back to “Contactable”?

These errors are showing in the log:
