# Connection could not be established with host - Mautic 5 - Postal

Dear super team,

i install Mautic 5 and i am trying to connect to my postal server through my postal credential.  
in email dsn Mautic configuration i got this error :  
Using currently saved DSN: `smtp://usrpostal:SECRET@postal.selectfunnel.com:25`

Connection could not be established with host “[postal.selectfunnel.com:25](http://postal.selectfunnel.com:25)”: stream\_socket\_client(): Unable to connect to [postal.selectfunnel.com:25](http://postal.selectfunnel.com:25) (Connection timed out)

i check my password in config.php is the same without any special characters but upper letter and lower letter.

i made an update of mautic in case you fix this issue, still the same issue.

could you please help on that.
