# Contact List - Export Functionality Broken?

Hello all,

Has anyone else had issues today with the “Export to Excel” functionality on the Contacts section of the software?

I can’t work out if it’s a new bug with the system, or an error at my end.

Which version do you have?

Hi Joey,

Just to confirm, we’re on Mautic 4.

# PHP Version 7.4.3 if helps.

It still doesn’t export for me. I wonder if it’s a DB size issue.

Some logs might point people trying to help in the right direction. Can you please check if anything gets written to file in var/logs while you try (and fail) to export. Thanks.
