# Contact monitor by contact id instead of fingerprint hash id

Hello,  
  
I have installed Mautic Community and import all my customer into Mautic contact.  
  
Now I want to send event tracking (customer behavior when they using my website), I don’t know how to tracking by contact id instead of fingerprint hash id.  
  
  
  
I think tracking code like: mautic.track(“123456”, “cart\_screen”)  
  
With 123456 is contact id and “cart\_screen” is event name.  
  
  
  
Please help me.
