Hello,

I’m currently running a test instance of M6.0.3 so I can test some import csv’s before I run them on a live production system.

I imported ten test contacts into Mautic successfully. I then added some missing information to the csv and re-ran the same contact import again. The import did not update the preexisting records but duplicated all records so now I have twenty contacts. All ten contacts were duplicated

I seem to remember that when I was using an earlier version of Mautic 6, records where updated and not duplicated.

Has the contact import logic changed recently ?

Is this contact record import duplication a bug or does it work like this by design in later version of Mautic 6?

Thanks
