# Contact & Segment - Not working

I am a new user and I am not technically gifted. I set up cron jobs, my hosting service confirmed that the cron jobs are working. However, test contacts manually created aren’t showing up in the segment. Likley that I am doing something wrong

Email and SMTP credentials have been set up right.

Using php version 8

Hi, it usually means your cronjobs are not working 🙂  
Send me a pm, we set up a call and fix it.
