# Contacts are being tagged, but won't add to the Segment

**Your software**
My Mautic version is: **2.16.2**
My PHP version is: **7.2**
**Your problem**
My problem is: My contacts are being tagged properly, but will not be added to the corresponding segment.
Steps I have tried to fix the problem: I’ve double checked my tags on the forms, double checked the tags on the segments and they match. My contacts get tagged properly, but then they never get added to the segment and my campaigns don’t do anything.

Do you have the right cronjob in place?
you need the segment:rebuild cronjob for that (I hope that’s the right one… please double check in the documentation)

So after double checking everything, my crons are setup properly. Email delivery is working (I use mailjet SMTP, the emails were being sent out). It looks like they were going to the Promotional inbox on gmail, which is why i couldn’t see them at first LOL.
Now my question is, do you know of a way to get emails to deliver to the inbox and not the promotions tab as a lot of people use gmail. By setting up SMTP earlier I was able to get my Test Emails to deliver straight to the inbox, but not my live emails apparently.
