# Contacts Need to Click Verification Link Twice – How to Fix?"

My problem is:  
Hi

I’m experiencing an issue where contacts must click the email verification link **twice** before being moved from the “Pending” segment to the “Confirmed” segment.

- Has anyone encountered this before?
- Could this be a timing issue with Mautic’s tracking or campaign delays?
- Are there hidden cache settings I should check?
