# Contacts Not Importing after Upgrade

**Your software**  
My Mautic version is: 4.4.7  
My PHP version is: 7.4.30  
My Database type and version is: 10.3.38-MariaDB-0ubuntu0.20.04.1

**Your problem**  
My problem is: New contacts are not importing from CSV file.

These errors are showing in the log:

Steps I have tried to fix the problem: Don’t know what to try.
