# Contacts not showing

Hi everyone, i´m new with mautic, i have uploaded a CSV file with only 19 contacts, it shows the succeeded mesage when it finishes the upload and shows that the segment has the 19 contacts, but when i go to the “view 19 contacts” link by the side of the segment it doesn´t show any contact, what can i do to fix this?
