Yes you can. I’m writing the docs for it, **will be available** in the Mautic documentation with the next release here: [Email & Landing Page Builder | Mautic](https://docs.mautic.org/en/builders)

Hi,
You can read morte about the builders here:

> **[Email & Landing Page Builder](https://docs.mautic.org/en/builders#enabling-the-builder)**
>
> Introduction. Since Mautic 3.3, Mautic has shipped with an updated, modern builder for creating emails and landing pages. It is available as a beta release an optional plugin - until Mautic 4.0 where we plan to fully replace the legacy builder,...

Not sure from which 3+ version is it available as a plugin. With 3.3.1 should be okay already.
