# Create a two step form using form builder?

Kudos to the great software. The more I explore the more I love it.
I am running into a challenge with the form builder. I want to have a form with 4 values Name, Email, Phone and Web URL but I want to display Name and Email on the first page and then display the other two fields on the next page but I want to connect those values into the Mautic’s form submissions.
I’ve tried multiple ways to achieve the same but haven’t had any success with any of the ways.
FYI: I am using WordPress plugin and using the shortcode to display the form on the WP page.
Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
