# Custom Audiences (Facebook Ads) – Mautic plugin \[FREE\]

Hi Everybody!

**I’m glad to announce that earlier we forked and embraced the old Custom Audiences Mautic plugin and now we have working versions for both Mautic 3 and Mautic 4.**
In short, with the plugin you can automatically synchronise your Mautic segments into Facebook - Custom Audiences. After a short setup you do not need anything more, just use your Mautic and all your active segments will be in FB also to use as custom or as base of lookalike audiences. **With it you can easily target to your Mautic customers on FB in multi channel marketing, or also you can get new lookalike customers to your already ones.**

Thanks ebola … trying to configure & test, but getting the following error:

Any clue where to look?
I’ve created the Marketing API app & connected to a business FB account with system user several times and all I get is the same error?

I am getting below error while trying to save plugin by doing publish Yes and operation type live and once click save button after some times getting below error, I am also tried to change timeout value from 60 to 120 but getting same result. Is there a way to filter out segments those are supposed to sync with FB?Please guide.
mautic.ERROR: FBAdsCustomAudiences: Facebook authorization failed: Operation timed out after 60000 milliseconds with 0 bytes received

I am trying to install the facebook/php-ads-sdk:13.\* by running composer require facebook/php-ads-sdk:13.\*
PHP Fatal error: Declaration of Symfony\Flex\Command\RequireCommand::execute(Sy mfony\Component\Console\Input\InputInterface etc …
I am stuck in this step, Ihope your plugin works well, it seems to have an incredible function.
