# Custom date field to trigger a campaign

Hello everyone,  
  
  
  
I’d like to know whether this new feature is just for date field or does it work with datetime field as well?  
  
  
  
I need for example to send an email 15minutes before achieving the date time schedulled by my lead via form input.  
  
  
  
Is it possible? Do I need to use date time field for that right?  
  
As I can see date field is just for dates and not date and time.
