# Decisions not being triggeread

Hi, i am using [mautic.net](http://mautic.net) has my marketing tooll, but i am having some issues. I have this email with a link to an e-book. I add a dacicion if the lead download the asset, tag him has entrested. If not, after 1 h send a reminder with the link to the ebook anf a link to a form. If lead dowload, tag, if not, if submit a form change campaign.
