# Did not open - doesn't work

I can’t seem to find a solution for this one out there. My initial email sends and the actions associated with opening it (assigning 10 points) are all working fine. However, the action tied to not opening the email within 1 minute isn’t working. It should be sending the email again.
I started using PHP mailer and now I’m on smtp from my email host. I just can’t for the life of me get email #2 to send as a result or not opening #1.
I’ve tried by code and built in templates and nothing seems to do it.
Am I missing some sort of setup step?
