Hello,

I have a problem with Mautic, it is reusing the same (anonymous) Lead for different users that are sharing the same IP. I am testing access to the website from my university, and since the public IP is the same, all the different users are sharing the same contact.

I have set a fingerprint attribute, and the fingerprint is getting updated at each request, (on that single lead). So fingerprint doesn’t seem to solve it.

I was reading this: [https://github.com/mautic/mautic/pull/1030](https://github.com/mautic/mautic/pull/1030) but I don’t know the status of that nor which is the direction to solve this problem. Should I just use that pull request in my test case to solve my problem?

Please advice!

Thanks!

Thanks!

My problem is the same as other forums threads:
[https://www.mautic.org/community/index.php/1162-entry-into-form-is-replacing-instead-adding/0](https://www.mautic.org/community/index.php/1162-entry-into-form-is-replacing-instead-adding/0)
but they all end up saying “merge that PR” (the one I pasted above). I would like some “official” confirmation if that is a good thing to do.
