# Disable Contact IP from specific Form/Page

My Mautic version is: v3.1.0
My PHP version is: 7.2.33-1+ubuntu18.04.1+deb.sury.org+1
**Your problem**
My problem is:
We are from Shree Swaminarayan Gurukul Organization ([https://gurukul.org](https://gurukul.org)) a non-profit organization running school chain + social services.
My case:
I want to make a form that will be distributed to teachers & principals who would create contacts which proper details but don’t want the IP attached to that contact as its from the Teacher’s device they are adding the contact. I don’t want to create users in mautic for all the 200+ teachers.
Therefore, I am finding an option which should NOT attach IP to the contacts created from a Specific FORM/Landing Page.
How do I achieve this?
These errors are showing in the log: It’s not an error
Steps I have tried to fix the problem: NA

Hi, turn on Kiosk mode:
Components \> Fomrs \> (Choose form in question) \> Edit \> Turn on Kiosk mode (on the right)
