**Your software** My Mautic version is: 5.0.4 My PHP version is: 8.1 My Database type and version is: 10.6.18-MariaDB **Your problem** My problem is: Hi - I am new to Mautic and even newer to this forum. I’ve installed Mautic 5.0.4 using cPanel Installatron tool (it won’t install 5.1 for some reason). It is a green field installation using our own domain and hosted in cPanel together with our Wordpress instance. I have implemented the logic in this page [Creating a Double Opt-In Email Campaign](https://www.mautic.org/blog/integrator/creating-a-double-opt-in-email-campaign) in order to achieve double opt-in. It works until it adds the user to the Pending segment. When I debugged, it became clear that Page Hit never arrives when the contact visits the Opt-In Thank You page (Landing Page). After I enabled debugging, I can see: mautic.DEBUG: CONTACT: In a Mautic user session {“hostname”:“s02ae.syd6.hostingplatform.net.au”,“pid”:167581} …every time I access the Landing Page, but no Page Hit event comes. Any ideas? Would this be a server level issue? Do I need to ask the cPanel host to look into this? If so, what question can I ask them? Thanks in advance… These errors are showing in the log: No error is showing. Steps I have tried to fix the problem: Debugged it down to the Page Hit issue. ---

Hi there, Are you hitting the page in an incognito window? It might be that you’re trying to do it from the browser which has a logged in session? ---

No, I was accessing the Landing Page from a normal browser session. Now I tried incognito mode and Bang! It works! Doh! Sorry to bother you and thanks so much for generating this idea… ---

Not sure whether it is appropriate to post under this topic but I’ve been struggling with another issue regarding reCaptcha. Please let me know if not, and I will open a new topic. I have installed the plugin stated here, configured it and used it: [Mautic 5 Incompatible · Issue #49 · KonstantinCodes/mautic-recaptcha · GitHub](https://github.com/KonstantinCodes/mautic-recaptcha/issues/49). After a few times (I believe probably after I’ve updated the reCaptcha form field to change something. It began generating multiple copies of it in the form editor [not in the final form]), it stopped working completely. The form basically does noting if I include it in the form. No submission or any other action occurs. It just clears the form and sits there happily… I tried to clone the form and the clone also behaves the same way. ---

It’s best to make a new post for something unrelated, but for this issue it’s a third party plugin which hasn’t been updated to Mautic 5/5.1 and folks have shared a workaround. Probably best to raise that as an issue here: [Issues · KonstantinCodes/mautic-recaptcha · GitHub](https://github.com/KonstantinCodes/mautic-recaptcha/issues) as it’s not an issue with Mautic per say. There is #3rd Party Addons where you can discuss things like this, but usually it’s best to ask directly of the developer. ---
