# does not detect email openings

Hello everyone,

I have Mautic in the latest version 2.12.2 and I have the problem that I do not detect openings in the campaigns, in emails to segments if they are detected correctly.

The flow of the campaign is very simple:

- Assign a segment
- A first email is sent
- If the mail is opened, a second email is sent
- If it’s not opened, it does not do anything else

I have been trying to clean the cache but nothing is happening the same.

Does anyone have any idea that it can be or where to continue investing?
