# Does not load theme, instead uses Blank's template file

I’ve made a custom theme but Mautic refuses to load it. When I select it for my landing page, the builder (grapesjs) shows the page.html.twig for Blank, not my theme.

I found another thread here and discovered the reason. Turns out there was an error. Mautic doesn’t tell you there’s an error but falls back on Blank without warning. I discovered the error by going to gear menu \> System Info \> Log. Once I fixed the error, the theme loaded.
