# Domain Email Goes to Spam Folder On Gmail

Hello guys,

Hope all is well.

I have a problem with my domain email. My emails goes to the spam folder on Gmail.

The problem is started after I update my email template on mautic. After I changed it, mautic sent the new email to the same users several times as below.

I have %127 open rate 🙂

Probably the users reported me as a spammer and the problem started.

I made some tests on GlockApps. I have only the problem with gmail. Other service like yahoo and hotmail still is good.

Also I made a test on mail-tester and get 10/10 score. All of my dkim/spf /dmarc records are ok.

Have you got any ideas how I can fix this gmail spam issue? 🙂
