# during installation, after sent files to FTP

hi,  
  
during installation, after sent files to FTP, I get an error like this.  
  
Deleting files from ftp filesystem.php. How can I solve this problem.

hi,  
during installation, after sent files to FTP, I get an error like this.

Hi,

Is it possible that not all of the files were uploaded? Does /home/d0g0tal45d77mark/public\_html/social/vendor/symfony/filesystem/Symfony/Component/Filesystem/Filesystem.php exist? If not, can you try to reupload?

If it does exist, try deleting the folder app/cache/prod then try again.
