# Dymanic Content Filter and segment membership bug

Mautic 5.1

In the DWC filter tab, the AND/OR logic does not work only when Segment membership is included.

I made a DWC and filter by segment. It works. But when include other field with AND it treats as OR. This only happens when the Segment membership is added.

If not only in my Mautic then i guess it’s a bug.
