# Dynamic URL in Email button not working

Hello guys,

I’m trying to make a dynamic url into some buttons in my emails.

For example :  
href=“[https://domain.com/{contactfield=firstname}](https://domain.com/%7Bcontactfield=firstname%7D)” but it doesn’t work.

It works if I do it as a text, but it doesn’t work when I integrate this code in the button.

Any idea?

Hi, I’m currently experience the same problem (Mautic 2.16, Nginx, no docker): the content of the token is not applied when sending the mail.

This is how the URL is shown in Browser URL-field when opened from the mail. The link in the mail contains the tracking hashes:

…n-dollar?%7Bcontactfield=deeplink\_hash%7D

Any hint where to search to solve this issue?
