# Edit text in form

**My software**  
My Mautic version is: 4

**My problem**  
My problem is: I want to add text Next to each social icon in my form , and I use basic theme , and I the HTML code from mautic to my site using automatic via JS

Example:  
I want to add this text next to social icon

Hi,

The best solution in my opinion is to further style the form using css on the website itself after importing the form code/script from Mautic.
