# elFinder is not working after update

**Your software**  
_My PHP version is_ :7.4  
_My MySQL/MariaDB version is_ (delete as applicable): MySQL/ 5.7.40

**Updating/Installing Errors**  
\*I am Updating  
_Upgrading/installing via_ : Web

_These errors are showing in the installer_ :

_These errors are showing in the Mautic log_ : No errors

**Your problem**  
_My problem is_ :  
After latest update receiving this error when trying to open elfinder in email builder:

# Oops! An Error Occurred

## The server returned a “401 Unauthorized”.

Something is broken. Please let us know what you were doing when this error occurred. We will fix it as soon as possible. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Same error for me, too, running v4.4.5.
