# Email dropdown menu missing?

Hi guys, thank you for this great software.  
  
i have problem with the email dropdown menu ie the email builder on the left sidebare not being visible.  
  
i have everything from dashboard, calender, contacts, segments, componants,campaigns, channels etc etc except for the email.  
  
How do i get it?  
  
Please help!

The Email is not part of the Channels. click on Channels and a drop-down will appear. @shaba

Thanks for the reply @ninjoan the issue is not if EMAIL is part of CHANNELS. The problem is some people have EMAIL icon on their menu as a separate function while others don’t I hope you understand my point.

@shaba those people that have the EMAIL icon in the menu is because there are using an OLD version of Mautic.
