# Email not received

I have created a contact and try to send mail to him. But mautic shows the mail has been sent, but actual mail is not received to the contact’s email address.  
  
  
  
I have set email configuration in settings as required.  
  
  
  
Can you please look into the matter and let me know if any other email specific settings are required.
